Overcoming Criminal Inadmissibility
You may overcome Criminal Inadmissibility through Rehabilitation. Individuals considered criminally inadmissible may be allowed to enter Canada if the government of Canada considers them to be criminally rehabilitated.
If you are found inadmissible to Canada for Medical or Criminal reasons they you may be able to apply for a Temporary Resident Permit (TRP) to overcome your inadmissibility and be allowed to enter into Canada on a temporary basis.
